High-precision turned components from prototype development to series production.

Precision CNC Turning

Mekatronics manufactures close-tolerance CNC turned components according to customer drawings and material specifications. We support prototype development and series production across steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other engineering materials.

What is CNC Turning?

CNC turning uses computer-controlled lathes to produce accurate cylindrical and threaded components. The process provides consistent dimensions, surface finish and repeatability across production quantities.

Our CNC Turning Capabilities

Components Manufactured Using CNC Turning

Special Thread Parts

Stainless steel parts turned with special thread forms and sealing grooves, like this angle-cut spout with an O‑ring grooved base. Made to drawing for hygienic and fluid-handling use.

Custom Turned Components

Components turned to customer drawings and tolerances, such as this stainless steel keyed hub with stepped shoulders and grooves. Built for accurate fit in drives and rotating assemblies.

Bushes & Sleeves

Turned bushes, sleeves and ring parts with flanged and stepped seats, bolt holes and slots. Provide accurate bearing, spacing and sealing fits in couplings and drive assemblies.

Shafts & Pins

Stepped shafts and pins turned from brass and other alloys, with grooved ends and threaded bores as shown. Used as connectors, spindles and locating parts in fluid and mechanical assemblies.

Banjo Bolts

Plated banjo bolts with cross-drilled ports that carry fluid through the bolt to the fitting, shown with hex-head adaptor bolts. Used in hydraulic and automotive line connections.

Studs & Plugs

Threaded studs and plugs with hex heads and stepped ends, supplied plain or with a cross-pin T-handle. Used for locating, locking and sealing in fixtures and machine assemblies.
